Broaden gitignore to cover *.bak under seed/data/ (followup to 5f16855)

Commit 5f16855's message claimed it broadened .gitignore alongside the
git rm --cached, but the .gitignore edit was left unstaged. This commit
actually applies the change so future *.db.bak / *.bak files dropped
into start9/*/seed/data/ stay out of version control.
