"One-line fix that unblocks pipelined analyze. chunk-buffer.js was double-counting the per-chunk overlap boundary: `c.startSeconds + c.overlapBoundarySec` added a chunk-relative offset to a value that audio-meta.js already produces as a GLOBAL timestamp. Effect: chunk 1's prevOverlapBoundary was 570 instead of 300, chunk 2's was 1110 instead of 570, and by chunk 3+ the boundary outran every subsequent chunk's segments — they all got dropped by the dedup filter. Symptom: window 1 received ~30% of expected segments; windows 2-6 received zero, failed with 'no entries'. Fix is one line: `this.prevOverlapBoundary = c.overlapBoundarySec || 0` — matches the formula hardware.js uses at end-of-transcribe (with offsetSeconds=0 for summarize-url callers, which is always the case). Diagnostic logs from v0.2.91 stay in place — next run should show all 6 windows ok with full segment counts.",
