The loan-aware NAV fix (0.2.47) only affects new imports; an already-signed
quarter keeps its old holdings until re-imported. Add a boot-time queue: an
operator stages an eNAV plus a small JSON descriptor under
data/pending_reimports and the app re-imports it on startup via the same code
path as the admin Import screen, then removes the processed files. Guarded so a
queue problem never blocks boot. Bumps the package to 0.2.48.
Used to refresh SATS Credit Fund LP Q4 2025 to its full NAV including the
Fold Holdings loan.
Pre-release audit fixes:
- External Administrators can only act on investors already in their own funds
(grant_access, create_statement, set_partner_exited, import match), closing a
cross-fund account-takeover chain.
- Role and is_active changes are gated: no self-escalation, non-approvers cannot
mint or alter approver accounts, and the Service Admin is protected.
- must_change_password is enforced server-side, not just in the client.
- Session cookie is Secure with a 12h max-age and SameSite; CSP and standard
security headers on every response; the app refuses to boot on a known or short
session secret; uvicorn runs with proxy-headers so login throttling keys on the
real client IP behind the platform proxy.
- Import preview no longer confirms cross-fund investors; no-store on document
downloads.
- Adds backend/tests/test_security_hardening.py (15 tests); full suite 76 passing.
- SECURITY-AUDIT.md records the swarm audit, findings, and remediation status.
Percent-encoded traversal (..%2f) survived routing and let an
unauthenticated request read files outside static/, including the
database and session secret on the data volume. Paths are now resolved
and contained to the frontend build directory; anything that escapes
falls back to index.html.
Snapshot commit bringing the uncommitted phase-2 work into version control
together with four new features and the 0.2.22 version bump.
New features:
- Investor capital-over-time chart (value, paid-in, distributions per
quarter), rendered from existing capital-account history.
- Admin Investor View: read-only reconstruction of an investor's portal
(GET /api/users/{id}/investor-view), reusing the investor portal UI.
- Document upload scoped to the selected fund's own investors, with an
explicit upload-target confirmation to prevent mis-attaching.
- GP/mgmt entities gain an Assets tab listing their stakes in the funds
they manage (new entity_stakes table + /api/entities/{id}/stakes).
- Edit-entity form (change type/status/etc.), so GP entities can be
categorized correctly.
Verified: 11/11 backend tests pass; alembic upgrades to head b8c9d0e1f2a3;
frontend tsc + vite build clean; s9pk packs at 0.2.22:0 (x86_64).
Also: ignore .DS_Store and *.s9pk artifacts.
