docs: handoff — mobile UX batch (#1–#6) live + verified at v0.1.0:102

Durable: add the post-8 mobile-feedback primitives to the Design bullet
(ClearableInput, BottomSheet keyboard-lift, the Grid→Contacts deep-link,
the full-height Pipeline layout, editable pipeline expected_amount, and the
admin-only MobileEmailBell as a third surface over email_activity_proposals).
Current state: box now live at v0.1.0:102, deployed + verified; next steps are
Grant's on-device pass of the six items.
